Residential In Home Device Setup – $60
Install one device such as:
- Computer
- Printer
– Establish basic print and file sharing functionality as needed
- Scanner
- MP3 player
- Ipad
- Bluray/DVD player
Virus Adware Malware Spyware Removal – $80
- Sluggish performance
- Unusual messages and warnings
- Internet Explorer errors or lockups
- Re-routing to undesired sites
- Excessive “pop-up” advertisements
- Home page has changed
- Getting a blue screen
- The operating system will not update

Software Install – $30
- Install operating system and apply all updates. If applicable you must posses the operating system’s license key (Usually found on the bottom of the computer) or posses a certified copy of the operating system.

Diagnostic – No charge
In certain cases, a device’s diagnosis and repair may not be covered by one of our flat rate services. For these situations I will perform a free diagnostic and provide a no obligation repair quote.
Hardware Installation -$30
Install one customer-supplied internal or external PC component, such as:
- Memory
- Optical drive
- Graphics card/Video device
- Hard drive
- Power supply
- Network/Ethernet card
- USB/Firewire Card
- Microphone
- Sound card/audio device
- MP3 player
Residential In Home Network Setup – $90
- Physically set up and configure networking settings for one router wired or wireless
- Complete ISP setup and connect router to modem
- Update router firmware
- Change router SSID
- Change administrator user name and password
- Enable wireless encryption on the wireless network
- Connect devices to the new network
- Establish basic print and file sharing functionality as needed
- Fine-tune Wi-Fi channels and bands
- Educate client on network traffic from home and prioritize media to client preferences (QOS)
- Educate client on guest networks as well as parental controls and setup when desired
Ransomware Removal – $140
- Your files have been encrypted
- There is software on your computer prompting you to pay money in order to unencrypt your files
- Your pictures/documents/music files/personal files will not load when launched
- Webpages are Re-routing to undesired sites
- There are excessive “pop-up” advertisements
- Your browser’s home page has changed
- You randomly encounter a blue screen
- Your files have gone missing
Then this the service for you. If your data can be recovered/unencrypted there will be an extra charge depending on the amount of data that needs to be recovered. Beware that in most cases your encrypted files can’t be unencrypted.
Hard Drive Clone – $50
When would you need to clone a hard drive?
- Rather than go through the hassle of backing up all your documents and files, pulling your old disk, popping in a new one, formatting it, and reinstalling your Operating System (Windows XP/7/8/10 along with all your programs) and then tweaking everything to get it back the way it was, you can contact me and I will clone the hard drive for you.You’ll want to perform this service when you’re upgrading to a newer or larger hard disk drive, or you might need to clone a hard drive to transfer the entire contents of your hard drive to a new drive.
